Kickstart Camp is coming!!! So what is it?

Kickstart is 18 one hour sessions designed for MAXIMUM fun and results! Get fit, get healthy, challenge your mind, and have some FITNESS FUN! The program is a combination of strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get EVERYTHING you need, and will literally see the results in action… We GUARANTEE it! (Susan G. lost 26 pounds in only six weeks… and has lost another 24 more since!)

This camp is a great opportunity to experience the amazing benefits of CrossFit. Our coaches will oversee each and every movement, ensuring a safe yet intense workout that will deliver serious results and leave you with an unparalleled sense of personal accomplishment. Kickstart is perfect for counteracting the effects of the holiday season, learning the foundations of CrossFit, or just improving your performance on one of the military’s physical fitness test. Not convinced yet? Here is an example of a workout you might encounter during a typical Kickstart Camp.


Tabata: A type of workout using 20 second work periods followed by 10 seconds of rest. After eight iterations (for a total of four minutes) we rotate to the next movement. The workout concludes after the fourth movement. Sounds easy right? Plus, it is tons of fun! The intervals allow for just enough recovery to work really hard during the work periods, keeping your intensity up and maximizing the overall effectiveness of the workout. Typical movements used during this style of workout during Kickstart could be things like Burpees, Kettlebell Swings, and Air Squats. Spaces are limited, CLICK HERE to reserve your spot.
Classes run Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7:30 PM for 6 weeks, starting April 10th.
